Player Rankings
Below you can view player rankings by a weighted win rate for each division. Continue scrolling to the bottom of this page for an explanation on how your win rate is calculated.
Weighted Win Percentage in Our League
To ensure a fair comparison of player performance, even when players play different numbers of legs, we use a weighted win percentage. This metric starts with your standard win rate (legs won divided by legs played) and adjusts it based on your participation compared to the division's average legs played.
Players who play fewer legs than the average have their win percentage scaled down proportionally. Those who meet or exceed the average are not disproportionately rewarded. This approach balances consistent performance with participation levels, offering a fairer representation of player rankings.

Definitions
Standard Win Rate
Your standard win rate measures personal performance by dividing the number of legs won by the number of legs played. This statistic is listed in the last column of the division tables above.

Weighted Win Rate
The weighted win rate ranks players more fairly by accounting for both win performance and the frequency of play.

Calculation Steps
-
Weight Factor
The weight factor is calculated by dividing the number of legs you’ve played by the average legs played per player in your division:Weight Factor = Legs Played / Division Average Legs Played
-
Players meeting or exceeding the division average receive a factor of 1.
-
Players below the average have their factor scaled down based on how far below the average they are.
-
-
Weighted Win Rate
Multiply your standard win rate by your weight factor: Weighted Win Rate = Standard Win Rate × Weight Factor

Example
-
Player A plays 15 legs and wins all 15, resulting in a 100% standard win rate.
-
Player B plays 100 legs and wins 80, giving them an 80% standard win rate.
If Player A’s participation is significantly below the division average, their weighted win rate will be scaled down. This adjustment prevents the unfair comparison of Player A’s 100% win rate with Player B’s 80% over a much larger sample size.
By using the weighted win percentage, we ensure that both skill and participation are fairly reflected in player rankings.
